Woodlief Capital Partners is a private real estate investment firm founded in 2008. Since its founding, Woodlief Capital has participated in the fundraising, acquisition, and rehab of commercial real estate assets primarily in the multifamily apartments sector. Our goal is to know and build lasting relationships with our clients and help them create long term wealth through commercial real estate acquisition. Woodlief Capital specializes in the identification, due diligence, acquisition, and cash flow/equity management of privately funded real estate assets and has a focus on expanding its investments through relationships with additional equity partners.
Trevor S. Woodlief
Founder and Principal
Trevor does not believe in luck. Rather, he believes you make your own luck through hard work, preparation, and execution.
Trevor puts that principle to work at Woodlief Capital every day through studying investment strategy, communication with investors, due diligence gathering, and portfolio management. He has spent the last 12 years as a broker and developer of commercial real estate with a focus in multifamily housing.
A native of Columbia, South Carolina, Trevor takes great pride in his southern heritage. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, biking, and sports. Trevor enjoys giving back to the community and is the founder of the Columbia Men's Adult Baseball League. He also participates in many other civic organizations including the local Rotary, Sertoma, and Delta Water Fowl Association organizations.
Trevor is happily married to his wonderful wife Alexandra. She is a popular local wedding planner and also participates in many local civic organizations. Alexandra is a US/Canadian dual citizen with a long history and wonderful extended family in Toronto, Ontario. They are proud parents of one dog (Teddy) and one cat (George) with plans for children in the near future.
